HRM software is in general a platform which is created to support the work of the Human Resource (HR) department to fulfill their duties.Process any employee advances subject to required approval.Manage and respond to all matters and queries relating to payroll.Manage company benefits – keep health insurance policy up to date with new starters and leavers, process P11D’s at the end of the tax year, ensure cars are updated in the system to process at the end of the year, arrange for company anniversary and new parents gifts, arranging flowers for the stores.Ensure all payroll related functions are processed within the deadlines i.e.Ensure all HR payroll related information is kept up to date and all employees are paid correctly.Carry out all processes relating to the payroll system, ensuring all payroll deadlines are met.Process and manage tax year end for UK and Ireland.Manage and administer the UK and Republic of Ireland in-house end-to-end payroll.Ensure physical and electronic files are up to date and procedures are standardised to support the payroll and HR audit each year.Manage HR and payroll system – ensure data between HR BP’s and payroll is up to date with leavers, starts and any ad hoc duties, ensure trackers are up to date, ensure timesheet data is completed each week.Provide HR reporting – headcount, gender pay gap report, salary reports, absence reports.Coordinate Learning and Development trainings – organise trainings as and when requested.Manage the company car fleet - ensure fleet details are up to date, ordering new cars, arranging collections, extending contracts, liaise with CFO and fleet alliance to ensure terms are up to date, ensure car handbook is up to date with new legislation and filing information to HMRC.Manage the HR and payroll archiving including regular archiving of leavers and past payroll folders.Provide first line support to employee and line manager on HR/Payroll queries.Advice employees on basic HR matters escalating to the HR team where required.Chase and log return to work forms, highlight absence issues to the HR team. Manage the HR administration process from start to finish including references, right to work checks, on boarding and off boarding.Manage the personnel filing for all employees.Manage and coordinate employee benefit provisions updating brokers and external payroll.Create and administer offer of employment letters, contracts of employment, changes in employment contracts, coordinate the issuing of company policies and procedures.Manage and co-ordinate all Payroll and HR administration ensuring information provided is accurate.Maintain the HR system in respect of current employees, starters, leavers, transfers, salary reviews, job role changes etc.You will be responsible for all HR administration as well as supporting the entire payroll process (end to end) for all Swatch Group UK employees (including Ireland).Īs first point of contact to all employees / managers you will provide full administrative support for all HR / Payroll related matters and queries.
